Highly recommended vitamins
Great! Excellent vitamins! Just what I need! With one tablet, I can obtain all necessary vitamins without any special indications. No need to manage ten jars or remember different dosages. Unlike many multivitamins, the dosages are adequate without needing additional supplements. They are tasteless and odourless, and conveniently sized. Even though they seem pricey, calculating the cost of similar vitamins sold separately reveals substantial savings. Excellent! They are now my favourites, and I will repurchase.

Not effective vitamins

I do not share my enthusiasm for these ordinary vitamins. They may be natural, but other manufacturers have similar products. A significant advantage is that they can be taken without regard to food intake. I found my mood improved and I felt calmer. However, they did not boost my energy, and I still wake up feeling heavy. The symptoms of my premenopause have returned—minimal hot flashes, which I did not experience with other vitamins. I will not repurchase, as there are more effective multivitamins available for the price.
